These terms govern your purchase and use of PuzzlePress Studio (“the product”). By purchasing or using the product you agree to them.
1. What you get
PuzzlePress Studio is browser-based software that generates print-ready puzzle books (and covers and answer keys) for your own publishing. Your purchase grants a personal license to use the software to create and publish books. Optional upgrades (Pro, Seasonal) unlock additional modes and themes as described on the sales page.
2. License & device limit
Your license key activates the app on up to five of your own devices/browsers. You may not share, resell, or distribute your license key. We may revoke a key that is shared publicly or used fraudulently.
3. Your content & rights
The puzzle books you generate are yours to publish and sell. The Pro Pack includes a commercial/resell license for the books you create. You are responsible for your own account, metadata and compliance with any marketplace you publish to (for example Amazon KDP). PuzzlePress Studio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Amazon KDP; “Amazon” and “KDP” are trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email the address below with your transaction details. Refunds are processed through WarriorPlus/PayPal.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the licensing system, circumvent the device limit, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties & liability
The product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
7. Earnings & Income Disclaimer
PuzzlePress Studio is a software tool, not a business opportunity or “get rich” program. We make no guarantee or representation of any income, earnings, sales or results from using it. Any examples, figures, or market screenshots shown are for illustration and context only — they are not promises of what you will earn.
Publishing is a competitive activity. Your results depend entirely on your own effort, skill, niche selection, marketing, the quality and quantity of books you publish, market conditions, and factors outside our control. Many people who buy publishing tools make little or no money. You could earn nothing, and you alone are responsible for your results. Nothing on our sales page or in this product should be taken as financial, business, or investment advice.
8. WarriorPlus
WarriorPlus is used to help manage the sale of this product. WarriorPlus’s role is not an endorsement or review of this product or any claim used in its marketing.
